By accessing https://pocbit.org ("Pocbit", "the site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Purpose of the service

Pocbit publishes security research, CVE-related write-ups, and proof-of-concept (PoC) material for authorized security research, education, and defensive testing. The site is not intended to enable attacks against third parties without permission.

2. Acceptable use — PoC and exploit material

You may use PoC content on Pocbit only if you:

• Own the system or have explicit written authorization to test it;
• Use isolated lab environments when reproducing vulnerabilities;
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and vendor licensing terms;
• Do not use PoCs for unauthorized access, malware distribution, fraud, or harassment.

Prohibited: scanning or exploiting production systems you do not control; sharing credentials obtained through PoCs; or using the site to coordinate illegal activity.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security or legal risk.

4. User-generated content

Members who publish PoCs or articles represent that they have the right to publish the content and that it is not unlawful. You grant Pocbit a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your published content on the site. Administrators may edit, unpublish, or remove content that violates policy or law.

5. Intellectual property

Site branding, layout, and original editorial content are protected by applicable law. Third-party trademarks and CVE identifiers belong to their respective owners. PoC code may be subject to separate licenses stated in individual posts.

6. No warranty

Content is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. Vulnerability details may become outdated; always verify against vendor advisories before acting.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pocbit and its operators are not liable for damages arising from your use of the site or PoC material, including misuse by you or third parties.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pocbit from claims arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of PoC content.

9. Privacy

Our collection of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
